I ordered the quick start virgin media hub and do not have a virgin media wall socket in the home. I have tried to call Virgin about four times today and each on hold for an hour before eventually giving up. I am unable to get through to any point of contact at Virgin and I am very disappointed with the level of service!
I am working from home and my old WiFi is due to be disconnected tomorrow! I need this issue rectified ASAP. Can someone please contact me.
Do you have a VM box on the external wall? Some installs just have a cable coming into the property without a box. If you don't it will take a while for VM to do a full installation, so you should try and keep your old ISP going for a while longer.
