No VM wall socket

I just got my VM router to self-install delivered today. Unfortunately, I realised I have no Virgin Media wall socket/box whatsoever within my flat. I only have male isolator cables - to my surprise, I have about 3 cables like that coming out of different walls.

 

is there anything that I can do myself to install the router?

Sometimes they dont fit a wall box its just the wire coming in through the wall. Post up some photo's of the cables that you have coming in and their end connectors and someone can advise.
