No VM wall socket

Hi,

I signed up to virgin media broadband recently and the site said I was eligible for QuickStart but upon moving into my flat I noticed there’s no wall socket, only a BT openreach one, so I can’t connect my hub. How do I arrange an engineer to come out and resolve this? Been trying to get through on the phone/live chat but no luck.

Welcome to our Family and Community and thanks so much for your first post on our Forums - I am sorry that your new home didn't have the sockets still in place. I have located your account from your forum information and I can see that you have since managed to contact us and we arranged a manned installation for you.
