I signed up to virgin media broadband recently and the site said I was eligible for QuickStart but upon moving into my flat I noticed there’s no wall socket, only a BT openreach one, so I can’t connect my hub. How do I arrange an engineer to come out and resolve this? Been trying to get through on the phone/live chat but no luck. Thanks!
