No VM wall socket and unable to book a technician

I have the quickstart pack but sadly cannot get set up due to a missing VM wall socket.

I have tried booking a technician over the phone but was unsuccessful. Is it possible to book one online? I tried the app but couldn't find the option.

If you count waiting on these boards for a VM staffer to respond, then yes - you can book a manned installation online.

If not, then try calling pre-installs on 0800 0521734 in addition to the usual 0345 4541111 number.
