No VM socket

Hello, we got our self install kit delivered and I wanted to connect it, but we don't have a VM socket in our house 😞 So I need help if possible.

Sometimes the VM connection is just a loose cable with metal plug on the end of it, failing that ...

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.

Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.
