We have just got the TV package for the first time (Have always had Virgin Broadband). Have set all the box up and get Error Code S102 - Message: Cannot acquire channel info.
When I use the website to navigate to solve the problem it says I need to call for support. This morning I was on hold for 45 minutes and then it just cut me off! Then I called back and it cut me off after 10 minutes. Then I called again and it won't put me through to anyone it keeps directing me to the website! I'm caught in a paradoxical loop!
I am just really disappointed we are now paying for virgin TV and can't use it and can't get through to solve it! Any ideas??
