No TV

Have been getting error message C133 for some time when trying to access apps from the home page, no am getting nothing at all. Have checked all cables are connected securely and have checked the input source. Any suggestions?!

C133 is usually a network connection issue - so if you are accessing apps via a VM TV box - is yours a Tivo or a V6? Or is it direct on a smart TV.
In either case how is the V6/TV connected to your Hub - Ethernet cable or wifi? What Hub model do you have?
