I've recently received a new hub 5 for a broadband upgrade but I didn't get a TV splitter with it. I previously had my hub upstairs running the 360 box via a powerline, but with having to connect the landline to the hub I'm wanting to bring it back downstairs. Can I ask why one hasn't been sent?

Well, there is an installation guide here
If the splitter is the thing you need/want you might be able to order one by phoning in (if you can get them to understand what it is you want). There is a good chance you might just be sent any random lead though.
If you wait here for a VM forum team reply (usually within a few days) they should be able to confirm what you need and if they can arrange for one to be sent.
