Recently i've signed up for a 12-Month Broadband contract with Virgin Media.
During the inital ordering process i was prompted and told something along the lines of "We may need to delay your kit by 14 days in order to close the current account at your address.", assuming it may have been a previous contract at our building.
I was then contacted directely for proof of address and after a while, got a hold of the required documents but have not heard anything back (Been just under a week currently).
Attempted to call either of the support lines but one ends the call before any person answers, and the other requires an account number which I have not yet been given. On top of that, emailing and texting for customer care gave no results.
Unsure as of what to do or to move to another provider as i'm not able to work in the current state of things. Any suggestions?
