I guess what stands out is the modulation at 16 qam, on all four channels, obviously it would usually be 64, or even 32 (not ideal), but the drop to 16 on all 4 channels is concerning, and is service impacting, in that my router keeps freezing and requiring reboot and also streaming video via upload is impacted greatly.
Are you able to take a look at the stats and info overall and come back with suggestions? Also - how would I best proceed with an engineer etc as required?
