No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;

Hi,

It appears I'm getting very frequent drop outs and WiFi seems to reset itself as well. Any advice please?

Re: No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;

I take it you mean your internet connection drops out. Have you any wired devices and do they also drop out? Please post your Pre & Post RS errors.

Re: No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;

Hi Tudor,

Yes, the internet connection drops. It doesn't seem to affect the wired connections when it goes (at least I haven't caught it doing it yet). You often see the router identification disappear from the broadcast list and when it does show up again, it might take a few mins before you can actually connect over it.

Can you let me know what you mean by RS errors? do you mean logs before and after a reset?

Many thanks,

Martin

Have you downloaded our Virgin Media Connect App? It has a built in WiFi black spot feature that can help with WiFi related issues.
