I placed my order and was given a date for the delivery of my Quickstart package. It also said on the email I would be contacted within 48 hours to confirm or reschedule but I haven't had either. The Quickstart package was supposed to arrive at my local CollectPlus location today.
As I am currently working form home it is imperative I have broadband set up ASAP so I can work from my new house. But this delay and lack of communication isn't filling me with confidence as a new customer.
I appreciate these are difficult times but I could do with some comms about this and how long I might have to wait so I can inform my employer. Any help?
I have the same issue. Ordered a broadband upgrade online, got a date for delivery of the box and an email order confirmation then nothing. No delivery, no communication, can't get hold of anyone to help or tell me if the box is coming.
