No Order Acknowledgement

Hi.

 

I signed up online and also have had nothing beyond the thanks for your order email. 

 

The sign-up process seemed to work, I see in the email that my account has a credit limit assigned but nothing. 

 

Can you help, signing up for internet as with four kids even fibre from sky is not cutting it.

Hi if you have a credit issue it can't be answered on here as it's a public forum, you need to phone as virgin need to ask some security questions.Regards Micky

Hi Micky

Sorry I wasn't clear in my original post I meant I had been assigned an account credit limit etc. Turns out I was just not patient enough as the welcome email came through yesterday and the e-contract etc (though the emails all still say contract will be posted)
