No Internet :(

Hi, So ive had an internet outage for the second time in a month in my area and like always they take around 2-3 days to fix the issue. Supposedly, Yesterday the issues was fixed however I still have no connection and my Hub 4 is displaying a red light. I have noticed that my OMU has no power and is displaying no lights at all and the internal plug to power it is displaying a red light. Am i right to assume this is the cause and maybe the box has shorted or blown and this is causing me to have no internet?

Call it in as a fault and see what they say when they look at your connectivity

Hi wazza19,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community although I am sorry to hear about the issues you have been having with your broadband connection.

Taking a look at things this end, I can see that an engineer has already come out and that some further work is required which has been booked in.

The Hub is currently showing as online though so hopefully this means you have some connection.

Please keep us posted on how the visit goes and if you need any further help, you know where we are.

Thanks,
