I was told my Internet line would go live on Monday. I had a confirmation text saying it was live. I have plugged everything in as instructed and just have a flashing green status light on the router. I have made sure cables are secured and turned off/on but nothing works. You can't call anyone to talk to as the call centres are closed, and have waited over 24 hours on the text chat where they "will get back to you". Any other suggestions? Messenger pigeon?
