No Internet connection

  • Hello, I received the quickstart pack today and set it up, everything looks OK but I have no Internet connection, they say that needs time but it's been more that 5 hours and nothing. The new house I've moved in was already set up for Virgin Media but this is the first time I use it. What should I do next?
