We signed up to Virgin in October and having had the installation team out at the end of October they needed the construction team to come in. However, 3 months down the line, homeschooling and working from home we still have not been connected. Admittedly, they have provided us with a wireless dongle but it is clearly not up to the job. We have called and cannot get a response as to the time lines but surely this is unacceptable, should we cut our losses and go elsewhere?
Thank you, that's what we're thinking. We had said for them to get in touch by the end of the week with an idea of time but nothing so far (there is always today). We cannot get in touch with anyone that seems to know anything, so frustrated!
