No Engineer Appointment Confirmation

Hello, 

My WiFi is due to be installed tomorrow and I have not received confirmation of an engineer appointment. Please could someone from Virgin contact me to resolve this. 
I thought arranging an engineer would be quicker than opting for home delivery and installing it myself.
