No Contract received

Virgin media is newly installed in our town and I signed up on 25th April. 

To date I still have not received any sort of confirmation email or contract in relation to what i've signed up to.. should we expect anything?

Sometimes they don’t send a contract, sometimes they do, and sometimes they send one with no way to E-Sign it.

either way if you login to your account you can view your contract on there.
