I have a new VM Broadband only account active x Since 25th May 2020.
I received the confirmatory email and stated regards my installation (self)
Account was activated and everything's been going smoothly.
However, I have noted I am not getting any bills, when I wanted to register to my virgin media, I am unable to as there is NO Account number provided to me????
I am trying to call someone but there is a Covid related message and it just hangs up.
How Can I get my contract & Account number and checkup everything??
Please someone / anyone HELP!!!!!

Matter Solved after few calls and aiting on hold for 1 Hour then getting disconnected !
Eventually a Customer service repreentative kindly sent us the Bill which has the Account Number
What a shambles !
But its all over Now ...
