No Connection

Have plugged in the cables, rebooted, checked everything 3 times but still no connection. Green flashing light

is this a self install if so have you activated the hub - 0800 953 9500

if its a fault you might get some info here

Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level

Thanks Tony - yes have called and activated the hub. will leave for an hour and try again later.

Same problem

Did you have to wait on helpline for someone to answer?

Would love to know if all this works for you so I do the same.

Don't worry, I waited on hold 45 mins. They just had to connect hub to my account. It now works.

They REALLY should mention that in troubleshooting in the manual/online help.

All new installs / replacement electronic equipment need to be activated.

You can try the Activation number -  0800 953 9500 

Best time to phone is 08:00

Or

You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

Phone it in as a fault or wait on here for a few days until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.
