Have plugged in the cables, rebooted, checked everything 3 times but still no connection. Green flashing light
is this a self install if so have you activated the hub - 0800 953 9500
if its a fault you might get some info here
Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level

Did you have to wait on helpline for someone to answer?

Don't worry, I waited on hold 45 mins. They just had to connect hub to my account. It now works.
They REALLY should mention that in troubleshooting in the manual/online help.

You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.
