No Connection after homemove

Struggled with contract after a homemove and this resulted in no services for several days, after multiple calls new contract agreed for this address and equipment has arrived. Followed setup and steady amber light not internet, tried calling and no use worker just said they would escalate and I'd get a callback and in my experience I don't get called back. Any luck getting someone to help with this as virgin don't seem to want to respond to calls.
