I have recently purchased a broadband package online and I chose the Quick Start kit as the website said I have used Virgin media services before so would be able to use this method.
On second look I no longer have the internal wall socket (Presumably this was removed) and without that I have the Hub being delivered tomorrow and nothing to plug it into.
I understand I will need an engineer to reinstall the socket however I can't seem to find anywhere on the website to book an appointment other than on this Forum.
Hopefully someone is able to help.
