No Broadband in RG21 area

No broadband in RG21 area of Basingstoke again. Is this my hub or are others having this issue. We had the same issue last week.

I have been in touch with Virgin media twice but I’ve been sent round in circles twice. I am paying for this service it would be nice if it worked as it should.

Hi Odin5 

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
