No Account Number and No Order Tracking Number?

I have recently moved into a house and ordered Virgin Media Gig1 Fibre Broadband on Thursday 31st August. I do not have a Virgin mobile or home number, to the best of my knowledge, and on my pre-contract documents and order summary sent to my email upon ordering my broadband, I can not see any reference whatsoever to an account number or area number.

Because of this, I’m unable to connect to Virgin Media’s customer service numbers or even register a Virgin Media account.


I want to track our Broadband delivery but am absolutely unable to without an account number, despite having an order reference number, pre-contract documents confirming my order and a contract information sheet number etc.

Any help from a Virgin Media representative would be greatly appreciated.
