New user, all set up but slow speed

Hello, I've set up my new hub 3 today. However, I only have about 40 mbps instead of 350+. I have turned the power off & on, & all the leads are correct. Any idea's ?

Is that on wifi? And is that on the 2,4GHz band? If so its about right.

Test it on an ethernet cable connected device.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
