New to virgin no isolator cable

I wonder if someone could help please. I’m switching to virgin from sky. I’ve an NtL box o the wall so they said I could use thier QuickStart set up. After 3 weeks they finally sent me all the boxes. However no box contained an isolator cable to actually connect anything to my box on the wall.

can I buy one of these? I do r want to wait another 3 weeks as our sky has already been dis connected.

Any help appreciated

You will need to speak to a VM person to check this out for you. Try calling it in again or I will see if I can get someone to respond here - keep checking.
