New to Virgin Media

Hi

I am due to have my router delivered for self installation but I do not have a Virgin Media Fibre port.

How do I get this fitted?

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.

Explain what needs to be done and book and engineer visit.
