Hi how long does it take for yodel to send a tracking number. Was supposed to recieve modem today but nothing from yodel. This is not the way to treat new customers not looking good for the future. if no modem arrives in the next 3 days will cancel and stay with bt.

Still today nothing from yodel regarding delivery of my modem which was due yesterday. Reading other forums this is becoming very common for vm to miss delivery. Such a bad way to treat new customers 2 more days and i will def cancel my m500 order.

Hi guys was not prepared to be treated so bad by vm. So today signed with bt halo 3 for 24 months. After reading lots of forums i knew virgin media was not for me
