New setup - Flashing green arrows

I have just moved into a new property. The previous owner had virgin media aswell, so all infrastructure is there.

I have also got Virgin media - Hub 3 came yesterday.  Installed it, but I get no wifi.  Base light is solid green, the 'wifi' signal of the 3 waves is solid green, but I get constant flashing green arrows.  Left it overnight, but no change.  I've done a few hard resets, turned it off and on a few times, but I end up at this same problem.

I've got a technician coming (1 week wait!!), but until then I have no internet.  Anyone else having similar problems?  Any advice?
