House was already cabled virgin sign-up said we could use the quickstart process.
Used quick start and seemed ok but I'm just getting a persistant green flashing power light (the bar at the bottom) and a steady green WiFi light (the curvy WiFi symbol). Pushed in all the cables and rebooted and reset the hub as advised in the quickstart guide but to no avail.
Anyone got any suggestions to fix it. If we don't get WiFi soon my kids are gonna start looking for adoptee's!
