Hi, had a new Hub 3 installed a week ago. The speeds are exactly as promised (about 10 times faster than our previous supplier). However the following day the power tripped and had to be turned back on at the fuse board. This has happened daily (2 or 3 times a day) since.
The router initially was installed upstairs and weve since moved it downstairs to rule out the plug socket which hasnt resolved the situation.
The timing all points towards the router installation - Any ideas before we call out an electrician?

Lets ask VM - check back here for their input. They are using "refurbished" Hub3's on new installs at times - yours could be one of those and have a fault

Almost certainly it’s not the hub, but the power supply. The hub only uses about 12v DC so it would not trip the mains. Try just plugging in the power supply and remove the cable from the power supply to the hub. Leave for some time and see if the mains trip.

Hi @Nic22 thanks for your post, although I'm sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
I've ran some checks and it does seem that some of the levels to your Hub are out of specifications. This isn't potentially causing the power tripping out altogether, but it will be contributing to lesser performance and we can arrange a technician for this to get things sorted for you and check things over.
Kindly expect a PM from me to arrive shortly to look into this, and respond directly when you can!
Many thanks
