So recieved my quickstart pack today, having been a VM customer before I have all the points installed already so should of been straight forward.

Now I cannot get past installing the HUB4 as it has a constant red light with a now RF signal messege when I log into it. Called them and I got through to somebody who tried activating things but this hasn't solved the issue, so now I have to wait to call a preinstall team who conveniently don't work evenings. 

Anybody had this issue before?

Yes it's quite common, sometimes they can get resolved when the people put pictures of the feed into the house
