I ordered an internet only package on 15/2, with a delivery date of 18/2, but it has not yet arrived (and not contact to say delivery has been attempted)
I have received a contract summary sheet and a contract information sheet
I am unable to speak to anyone (I have searched through the help pages and tried phoning) because I do not have an account number or area reference, but I want to determine that my hub is going to be delivered, and when
Any advice or anyone at virgin that can help track my delivery?
