My old modem no longer works.
I am supposed to be working from home.
This is a complete pain.
I am also getting the run around re 4k on the TV.
Does the power supply from your old router fit?
If it does and you get a connection (lights) then you may need to call 0800 953 9500 to have the new equipment activated
if the above post does not help then push them to re activate your old equipment until the replacement hub/power supply arrives - they might argue but it should be possible
Just checking: did you tuen on the hub? That little switch is sometimes missed.
