New kit has not arrived

Ordered gig1 last weekend. Already have a line in the house, was told it would arrive on Wednesday for self install but I've not received any kit or dispatch confirmation etc.

 

The website chat and what's app help seems useless tbh

Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear your kit didn't arrive on the agreed date.

What is it your waiting on, is it a new Hub?

If you have not received your new Hub since posting, is your order showing via your online account here?
