New installation - wrong address on system/contract

Hi,

I've signed up to have Virgin Media installed. I entered the correct House No and Postcode online (I triple checked the details as it's a new house!). However, whoever manually processed the details entered the wrong postcode and house number (they mistyped the last letter of the post code, then chose a random house name).

Please can somebody rectify as the contract currently has the wrong address?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting your services installed.

 

Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to amend this from here,  you would need to contact our pre-install team as they will be best placed to assist you with this.
