New installation in our area

Hi, we’ve had virgin media installing in our area for the past couple of months. I went to speak to one of the workers to see when it goes live & he said it’s all ready, just needs a Virgin Media engineer to hook it up to the house. I’ve been on the website & used the postcode checked & unfortunately comes back as unavailable. 

I’ve been advised by twitter support to post on here, as there is a chance of you guys checking & updating the system. 

I’m in Scarborough, North Yorkshire,

       VM started installing the infrastructure in May on our estate, they didn’t finish until August, during the works I’d ask the workmen how long before go-live 1 said end of May & another said end of June, it never happened, then at the end of September things started moving, further cabinets & cabling installed, then low & behold on 1st October I had the email to say Virgin Media Services were available on my street, but only Broadband & the Stream box, no phone or 360 box, that will come later I’m told, anyway I’ve ordered Broadband & Stream box to be installed on 20/10/23 but work needs doing outside in the interim ie cable from the cabinet to the tee outside my house (ps reading other post I’ll not be surprised if there is a delay even though the cabinet is 2 houses away from mine, we’ll see)  so approx 5 months from start to finish, it is a big area they’ve done
