Hi - new to VM today - I can’t load any channels and I have an S102 error.
Unfortunately, I am unable to get any help. I can’t seem to reach anyone, by phone or message!

Have you connected the TV Box to the Hub with an ethernet cable or by Wi-Fi ?
Have you phoned in to get the Hub and TV Box activated ?
