New installation HUB5 with new services. Keep blinking Red

Just subscribed to Gigabit Broadband only, today I got the Hub5 and start connecting, the hub keen blinking Red after none solid white light off, I called the customer services, they advise me to wait 30 mint and service will restore, now over 2 hours and nothing is happening, man I am going back to my previous provider
