New install wrong hub received

Returned to Virgin after at least 6 years away with Sky.

Was promised a Superhub 4 have received a Hub 3 the engineer stated that’s all he had with him.

installation was Friday and immediately contacted customer services via chat and was promised an email would be sent to make arrangements for swap out.

Needless to say I’ve heard nothing.

Be grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction or the best team to deal with as it’s been awhile dealing with Virgin!

A salesman will say anything to get the sale, you get a hub 3 with all the packages online unless you pay for 1Gig at the moment

It’s actually stated hub 4 in my contract.

Apart from being necessary for the 1GB package, the Hub 4 is no better than the Hub 3.  Some might even say it's worse.

wifi is better on it imo but its marginal - neither are any better than average
