Returned to Virgin after at least 6 years away with Sky.
Was promised a Superhub 4 have received a Hub 3 the engineer stated that’s all he had with him.
installation was Friday and immediately contacted customer services via chat and was promised an email would be sent to make arrangements for swap out.
Needless to say I’ve heard nothing.
Be grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction or the best team to deal with as it’s been awhile dealing with Virgin!
