My dad has a new package, M500 broadband, we used virgin media years back and assumed we still had the necessary wiring inside the house, turns out we don't.
I've made several phonecalls to several numbers with no luck in arranging an engineer/technician to come and fit the necessary equipment so we can get online.
Constantly offered phone lines/TV packages we have no interest in which is beyond annoying.
Is anyone available to set up an appointment for me? Was meant to have a phonecall today, had no contact.
Considering cancelling and going to a company that can actually help us get online instead of pushing sales.

The pre-install team should be contactable via 0800 052 1734
If you can get the service you will need a engineer visit at home he will install a new connection point indoors
