New hub3.0 couldn't be activated.

I received the new hub3.0 router as quickstart self-installatuon package last Saturday. Tried to activate it which follow the instruction. The router still hasn't be activated. Power, internet and wifi lights are always in green. Internet light is almost in green but sometimes in red. Frustrating for three days.
