Morning,
I ordered a hub 5 which was due to be delivered 3/11. I rescheduled this with Yodel for 5/11 when I would be home but they didn't seem to bother ringing the bell and just left a calling card outside on the ground. Being a Saturday they tried again Monday but same thing happened, didn't even bother posting their calling card through the letterbox. Now there has been no tracking since Monday. Rescheduled for yesterday but no sign of it, still just showing out for delivery.
Received an email from Virgin media equipment returns yesterday saying we noticed you haven't activated your kit and can send it back if it's not required. Am worried about my current hub getting cut off or receiving a charge for something I haven't received.
What do I do now? Should have known better being Yodel but didn't expect such a hassle.

Which is just as well as Virgin cut off my hub 4 at 11pm last night, new hub worked right away.
