Hi, just received a new hub 5 and went through set up, text 'go' to virgin and got verification text back to say up and running, but just have a rapid flashing white light in bottom corner of hub. Reset does nothing. Reboot does nothing.
Any suggestions?

A light flashing about every second (sometimes with an apparent fade effect) is the hub trying to establish a connection with VM's network gear, and likely means it isn't "provisioned" properly. A rapid flash seems to be associated with a hardware failure that requires the hub be replaced.
Unfortunately either possibility means you need to contact VM customer services. Telephone, semaphore or prayer seem equally successful modes of doing that. Good luck!
