New hub 3 - green lights flashing - no helpline

Hi, 

I just received my new hub 3. I am a new customer.

I've plug it to the wall socket and since 30min the green lights are flashing green, with no sign of update anywhere. I can't access internet, and upon calling the helpline, it says that due to covid, the help center is closed.

What are my options?!

Would you confirm what the phone number is please?

 

I've read nowhere that I had to activate my account nor that i had to call anyone.

Hi Flo,

You need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the box. You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.

You could also try contacting  New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation. That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4  if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone

The lines reopen tomorrow at 8am.

Thanks a bunch 

So turns out the flashing green lights have stopped, and now I've got that yellow light on instead of white... 

Still no internet

 

Edit : now the box reboots itself (3rd time in a row now)
