New hub 3.0 faulty power coonection

Hi all. I just got my Hub 3.0 today but its power connection seems to be faulty. It can only get power at a random position and as soon as I move it slightly, the power would go off again. Is there any way to fix this? How can I contact Virgin to get a replacement asap? Thanks.

The best time to call is weekdays 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.

Or you can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.
