We’ve moved into a new build but when the street had virgin installed our property didn’t exist. The grey box is at the bottom of our drive for the street but we have no allocated “t”??
engineer came out six months ago but still heard nothing back?? Can anyone advise?? No one at virgin ever answers us or replies
