I've signed up for a TV and broadband package after moving into my new home. I have an appointment for tomorrow morning for an engineer to come and connect the broadband. Should I of recieved a modem and TV box through the post or does the engineer bring them?

I've phoned virgin customer services who can't tell me anything as I don't have a phone password which I have to wait for it to come in a letter.

If you have a manned install booked the technician will have everything needed in his van. Boxes are only sent out for self-installation s.

Hey samappleton1405, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community and also to Virgin Media.

As mentioned above the tech would normally bring the equipment.

How did the appointment go, everything go okay? Thanks
