Hello

I am moving into a property next month. I knew the current tenant and they have virgin media as their wifi provider.
I would like to also use virgin media as my provider and make use of a new customer account, but I’ve read on this community forum that the propert needs to not have virgin media for 90 days before it can have a new customer in it. Is this true, I can’t do without internet for 90 days and this would force me into going with a different provider.

Not true. Can be quick as long as the previous tenant has terminated their contract.

I think the 90 days in when someone terminated their contract and want to rejoin for a cheap deal.
